Gold buds were found in Germany

Three gold bars were found in an old kitchen cabinet by a Bremen man, putting the rods at the collector’s place of the found objects.

He had bought the cabinet in the furniture market earlier. Gold bars, which weigh 2.5 kilograms, probably have been hiding in an envelope for decades in the back wall of a drawer. The estimated value is currently EUR 83,500.

According to the management of the city, the founder's reward is 2,500 euros.

The finder had already taken gold to the authority in August, the origin of which was discovered by the police. The cupboard was an old, wealthy man who died in March and his household was liquidated.
